Project overview

The project involved the roofing of seven individual units, each adorned with durable concrete interlocking tiles. These tiles were chosen for their exceptional longevity, strength, and the ability to withstand harsh weather conditions, ensuring the roofs would remain resilient and low-maintenance over time. Complementing the robust tiled roofs were elegant lead dormers, which not only added a touch of classic architectural charm but also provided additional natural light and ventilation to the spaces below. The combination of concrete interlocking tiles and lead dormers created a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal, enhancing both the structural integrity and visual impact of each unit.

Project Challenges

This project was remarkably smooth and free from significant challenges, thanks to its straightforward nature as a timber frame construction site. The simplicity and familiarity of working with timber frames allowed our team to efficiently follow standard procedures without encountering unexpected complications. As a result, we were able to maintain a steady pace, adhere to the planned schedule, and meet all project milestones effortlessly.
